Yes it is. Go into Settings > General > Software Updates. If there is iOS update, you have your answer. Everybody in this forum only are users of Apple products, there are no Apple employees. So nobody knows ahead of time when new iOS updates get released.

I saw that it appeared to be the recent update but it’s been quite awhile since the last one and I just got my iPhone11 from the 6. I was just making sure I was getting updates. My 6 did not always auto update. Thank you!

Yes, that is the current version.

Yes; iOS 13.3 is the current release for all currently-supported iOS devices.
