Problem about apple TV and spectrum

I bought apple TV and TV package from spectrum. After finishing setting up apple TV, I cannot find the spectrum app in the home screen and app store also. I have already updated to tvos 13.3. How can we solve this problem? Thanks.

Try scrolling vertically on the Home Screen, in case the app icon is ‘below’ what is showing in the initial view.
