On the Apple Watch Series 4 can you set the frequency of heart rate monitoring? I have tachycardia and would like my watch to monitor more often. THANKS!

According to the "When Apple Watch measures your heart rate" section in:

Your heart rate. What it means, and where on Apple Watch you’ll find it. - Apple Support

it looks like this cannot be set by the user..
