I can’t send a text to my wife and her name appears in green

Text won’t go to her iPad or iPhone. He name appears in green. If sending to multiple people that include her text will no go. If I try to send to multiple people including her name appears in green while everyone else is blue. Help!

Text messaging to Other than iPhones Recently, when I send a text message With a picture to a phone that is not an iPhone, Does not send. Also if I send a text message to more than one person, to three people, and one of those people is not an iPhone it also does not send. When I take the phone number out of the text message That is not an iPhone the message sends. This has only started recently in the last few weeks

Then she doesn't have imessage turned on or is in an area with a weak wifi or cellular data signal, only she can troubleshoot it.
