Text messaging to Other than iPhones

Recently, when I send a text message With a picture to a phone that is not an iPhone, Does not send.

Also if I send a text message to more than one person, to three people, and one of those people is not an iPhone it also does not send.

When I take the phone number out of the text message That is not an iPhone the message sends.

This has only started recently in the last few weeks
