No service

I been having a problem with my phone saying no service all day for some reason it will not connect to cellular data . It mentioned that I needed to update and it read error after trying

See here......If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart - Apple Support

Also this...Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
