I canceled a subscription but I can’t download another app. It says there was a billing problem with your subscription, it’s still trying to charge me.
You have to fix the billing problem before you can download anything. You must pay any outstanding balance, then you can request a refund.
Go to settings and here should be a thing that says review your payment method, if it’s not there go to payment methods and make sure that you have the correct info as well as check you have enough funds, then try to input your payment method again if the issue continues.
