activation lock
i paid for the ipad2 from someone but they got their activation lock on how can i unlock it if i dont know where the previous owner is.

The only person that can remove it is the previous owner. So, either try to find them and demand a refund or to have them remove it. Otherwise, your only choice is to recycle it - sorry.
