Payment for iCloud storage

Good evening. I think i have some problem with iCloud storage. Nearly few hours ago i’ve made payment for new 50 GB for iCloud storage, but it’s not activated. I already get an email about my payment, which is 0.99$. Can you please check it what is the problem? Why my storage didn’t change to +50 GB?
