Unable to Download

Hi, I’m trying to download apps onto my phone but it says there’s an active subscription that I didn’t download. Now I can’t download stuff.

the subscription has been removed days before a payment was meant to come out. What’s funny is that this subscription is not downloaded on my phone as in the app. How do I start downloading again without paying for the subscription?
