Is conditional highlighting button available on icloud numbers (i am using windows 10 with chrome browser to access the sheet)?

Hi,

Is conditional highlighting button available on icloud numbers? I trying to do conditional formatting on an icloud numbers sheet. But When select a cell and go to the format bar and choose cell tab, I can not see the conditional highlighting button at the bottom of the format bar.

(I am using windows 10 with chrome browser)
