booting problem after Catalina updation.

After updating from mojave to catalina my mac doesn't get start after pressing the power button once. Sometimes i have to press is 7-8 times sometime i have to keep it holding up for 7-8 seconds while pressing is continuously.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15
