You should be able to if you log into iCloud using the same Apple ID. Go to System Preferences/iCloud (Apple ID for Catalina) and turn the desired syncing on. For Photos, open the Photos application/Preferences/iCloud and turn on syncing. You may need to check the other applications you are syncing to make sure their Preferences show an iCloud account.
