When rearranging tabs in the all tabs view, it’s too easy to inadvertently have the one you’re moving become a separate window. If you then use the "Merge all windows" option, then tabs disappear. (Not all tabs disappear, but more than a few.) Is anyone else having this problem? It’s a real pain. And Safari crashes sometimes when trying to move a tab in the normal tab bar view.

Did you figure out how to fix the problem?
Sure didn’t. You have it too? I may switch to Firefox or Chrome, but there are disadvantages there, as well, the primary one being that you cannot specify a default browseer.
