I have my moms ipad and i am trying to re set it up for her. When i go to login it says that her icloud account is locked. I followed the instructions to try and reset her account password but it sent a website to reset the password to her Icloud email which i cannot access. I am in need of help for how to log in to the ipad or reset the password.

We have tried to reset the password but it keeps coming back to needing access to her iCloud email. (Which we can't gain access to due to it being locked) Other than waiting two weeks to be able to reset the password (as that was what was mentioned on the website, we have no idea what else can be done. I suggested creating a new iCloud account just so she could use her iPad.

I don’t have the iCloud account password Hello I have a problem with a iCloud account my aunt gave me her iphone and it had an iCloud account but she forgot her password and I can’t get access to the email nor iCloud and it doesn’t let me sign out this account because I don’t have the password and it doesn’t let me to a lot of things [Re-Titled by Moderator]
