my iphone says "iphone is disabled connect to itunes" but nothing is happening

how cam I unlock my iphone 8 plus if it says "iphone is disabled, connect to itunes" ? but nothing happens

Follow the procedure listed in this link If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support and see whether it helps you to solve your issue. Good Luck.
