What can I do when it says delivered on my screen but the other person is on the screen and hasn’t changed anything on the iMessage settings?
Is this specific to one text message thread or to all? If only to one, the recipient may have their read receipt turned off.
On the recipients phone, go to Settings > Messages and check if Send Read Receipts is green (on).

My iMessage keeps on saying delivered when I’m on a screen with someone but they say they haven’t changed anything and that there on the screen how can I fix it saying delivered to read?
