Missing album art

Does anyone know why when I transfer my music to my iPod touch 7 it’s showing a totally different artwork/artist. It shows the correct artwork in iTunes ☹️

Album artwork not matching Hi Everyone, So, I've had this problem for ages. The album artwork on my phone doesn't match with the correct album. It shows correctly in iTunes but every time I sync my phone to my laptop, it's never fixed. I have tried deleting all music off my phone and downloading again from iTunes and it seems even more are now wrong (and I ended up duplicating all my songs). I tried deleting them from iTunes and redownloading them from my account but that didn't seem to work. I tried deleting the album artwork folder in my music documents on my laptop, that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Hello,

Try un-synchronizing your music within iTunes then re-synchronize your music. This will force iTunes to completely delete any music on your iPod and synchronize over the copy from your iTunes library with the correct album art.
