Hi, I am trying to restore a new phone with a backup I made on my old phone. I am logged into Itunes and when a click restore backup and it prompts my password; I enter correct password for my itunes and the system kicks it back saying incorrect password, but I had just logged into my itunes with the same password? Please help me I would love to have my New phone up and running

Perhaps you (or someone else) set up a different pssword for your encrypted backup.
