I am trying to watch videos from a tutorial website and the controls are at the bottom on the video, hidden by default. They appear if you hover your mouse at the bottom, but they disappear again as soon as you move the mouse, so I am unable to operate the controls for playback, speed, pause, volume, etc.
How do I fix this issue?

If the controls appear when you hover the mouse over them, are you able to access the controls, and use them?

No I can't. That's the problem. It just bounces open and closes again right away. I can't even keep them open by keeping the mouse stationary there.
