Flash player pop up
I’m getting nonstop flash player pop ups and can’t figure out how to remove them from my MacBook Pro! Anyone solved this problem?

We usually recommend the free version of the app Malwarebytes to remove adware.
Try that first. Uninstall from the Help menu

Afterwards, personally I used Easyfind to locate everything Adobe including hidden files and deleted the lot. I don't have any paid-for Adobe products though.
Pop ups generally are a problem but cleaning out all cookies from all browsers is a start.
