My new MacBook Pro 13 inch 2019 always shows 100% even after hours of usage also, the remaining charge and maximum capacity is same all the time when on battery? Do I need to worry about anything being wrong in hardware

It did help I could see the battery percentage go down from 100% to 95% also the remaining charge went down to 4750 from max charge of 5200. but at 4750 it MBP just got shutdown.
I had to put in power adapter to charge it and on. And just after 20 min it said 100% again and remaining charge came to 5000 out of 5200.
Is my battery really charged. Because all this percentage really seems to be wrong . And got 3 cycle count only 4 days used Mac.

Follow the charging protocol ref above, then after an an all night charge try against resetting the SMC the following day.

charged it for 8+ hours and it worked fine post smp reset
