How to enter my password on a keyboard on apple watch?
On your phone go into your profile page and sign out at the bottom of the screen then sign back in again.This should pass the signed in info to the watch and hopefully stop asking for your password.

My apple watch wants me to confirm my apple ID password and shows a scratch pad and keyboard to enter it. When picking the keyboard it tells me to enter it on an IOS device. How can I enter my password?
