My apple watch won't update.

My apple watch keeps saying that it is up to date when its not. i am on watchOS 4.3.2 and it will not let me go to any current updates. I have restarted 3 times.

This sounds like you have the original 1st generation Apple Watch and you are at the highest version it will support.
