Hello. Please can someone help me out to reset the Apple Watch.

Watch says “ too many passcode attempts reset Apple Watch and pair again.

And my Apple Watch App in my IPhone shows pair the Iwatch.

so, I cannot pair the watch because it cannot get unlocked for either scanning or using it manually to pair.

I have included photos to see how it is currently.

I need to reset my iwatch while I cannot access the watch either directly or by Apple Watch app.

Please can someone assist me on this.
