New album inside an existing shared album in iCloud Photos
Hello there? Can I create a new album inside a shared album (iCloud Photos), like a sub folder for example.

Sorry, no, that is not possible. Shared albums cannot be nested and contain sub albums. They are just a flat stream of photos.
But you are allowed to create 200 shared albums. Consider to use a separate shared album for each chapter of your album. Shorter albums will be easier to manage anyway.
