Since updating to 13.3 ‘speak text’ no longer works. Anyone else... or just me?

Assuming you haven't accidentally turned the setting off, reboot your phone:
Click this link --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Hi. Tried that, no change. Siri will speak the last message but ‘speak’ on the drop down menu is silent. Worked before the update.
Yep. That’s fixed it. The update had switched the speak screen button off.
