My Text to speech and the speak screen function no longer plays over any Bluetooth speakers after the 13.3 update. It will only play over the Device speakers on both my iPhone and iPad.
anyone else having similar problems or suggestions on how to remedy this?

I have restarted and gone to forget this device and re connected to Bluetooth on both iPhone and iPad and still having the same issue.
