I have send €219 to my Apple ID, I will transfer it to my bank but their is no option for. How can I transfer the money back on my bank account. I live in Belgium

contact iTunes Support to see if they can/will make the transfer for you. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
