Notification query

I've received a notification stating “your Apple ID and phone number are now being used for FaceTime on a new iPhone” - I do not have a new phone and have not used FaceTime - this happened approx 12 hours after doing the latest update ?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
