Anyone else get a notification about someone using their FaceTime or is?

Anyone using your ID must be logged in to your Apple ID. You can see who this might be by going to Settings/[your name] and scrolling down; this will list all devices that are logged in to your Apple ID.

If there was a link in the notification it was a scam to try to steal your identity. See→Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
