I have tried 3-4 time to install os in my MacBook Pro 2013 but at the time of installing an error accured i have discuss with one of my Freind who is in Apple Care tell me that this error is coming from Apple pls tell me what to do

That message says OS X. The last Mac OS X was El Capitan (10.11), since then it has been MacOS. What version are you trying to install?
MacBook Pro early 2013 13-inch came with Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8) but is upgradable to the latest version of MacOS.
It take 3 hours to install but in the end shows same error
