Can I downgrade MacOS Catalina to old one? I cant work with this one anymore.

What you need to do is give Apple really good feedback about your problems, in detail with examples. Use Apple's feedback form. Apple is not here. This is a user to user forum where we offer assistance. Complaints here do nothing.

You can revert back to Mojave. See Revert your Mac to a previous macOS version - Apple Support
