Can I easily downgrade from this weekend's install of Catalina?

Catalina has rendered my Adobe CS6 suite nonfunctional. I wish Apple had flagged this upgrade noting in huge capital letters that "UPGRADING TO CATALINA COULD RENDER SOME LEGACY PROGRAMS AS NONFUNCTIONAL... CHECK THE LINK BELOW BEFORE UPGRADING"!

What I'd like to know is can I somehow get rid of Catalina without totally purging my HDD and my CS6 Install, or do I have to totally reformat my HDD and install Mojave all over?

They've been "flagging" as you suggested for well over a year. 32-bit app compatibility with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later - Apple Support

Revert your Mac to a previous macOS version - Apple Support
