imovie app corrupt

When i Open a project in imovie i cannot use the menu's anymore. When i click on a menu item the screen flickers, the submenu items are flickering. This also happens when i use the right click menu's.

If i am not in a project everything is oke.

I tried to create a new library, new project -> same problem

delete imovie app, reinstall it -> same problem

reinstall OS Mojave 10.14.6 -> same problem

what can i do?

Hi, rosalinda,

Go to System Preferences/Accessibility/Display and uncheck the boxes that say "Increase contrast" and "Reduce transparency". That should cure your issue.
