Hi,
I travelled to the US a month ago, and since then have not been able to use my Apple Music or App Store. It is staying that I need to change the country/region to Canada, however when I try it says that I must delete my Apple Music account first. I have unsubscribed, however I do not know how to delete my account beyond that.

If you've already cancelled your Apple Music subscription, you will need to wait until the subscription ends before changing y our Apple ID country or region as mentioned here:
