How can I download my videos to my PC, which I made with my new iPhone 11 Pro?

Hi community!

It's impossible to download videos to my laptop/ PC. Every time, when I connect my iPhone 11 Pro with Ligtning Cable to my Windows PC and I want to get my videsos, which I recorded with my iPhone 11 Pro Camera, it's impossible to finish this job. It says: "A device attached to the system is not functioning." or something else blablablablablaaaaa. I'm quite angry! What the **** is going on??? Whay is it not possible to download the videos??? It's a big mess! How can you allow such situation??? Please give me step by step tutorial, how can I get my videos (which I made with my camera) to my PC. It's quite useless all the iPhone 11 Pro if I can't do that easily. Ughhh, I need quick solution. Thanks!

P.S. The video size of the videos is about 2,45 GB (if it plays a role). But I can't get any of my new iPhone videos.

And I tried with different PCs with the same result.

I find the solution with aid of Google:

1.Disconnect your iPhone/iPad from your computer

2.Go to Settings on your iOS device

3.Open Photos and scroll to the bottom

4.Under ‘Transfer to Mac or PC’, chang efrom Automatic to Keep Originals (“Automatically transfer photos and videos in a compatible format, or always transfer the original file without checking for compatibility.”)

Now connect again the device to the Windows 10 computer and copy/paste the files again; it should work fine now!
