iPhone Xs back crack

the back of my Xs iPhone cracked and I have apple care but I dont have the proof of purchase. will I be able to repair it under apple care coverage without a proof of purchase?

The rear glass on an iPhone can not be repaired and the device must be replaced.

If you have the standard Apple Care the replacement cost will be your expense. If you have Apple Care Plus then you pay a nominal fee.
