Those are Scams!
Do not reply to these eMails! Apple will never prompt you for your password.
So, Follow this Information:
Report this to Apple:
Forward the eMails to Apple via: reportphishing@apple.com
Add this eMail to your Filter List:
Create a new filter of this eMail Address you’re getting this from along with keywords in the eMail. If thee eMail Address does not end in “apple.com”, then, clearly, it is not from Apple. Scammers can always make an eMail appear to be from Apple, by assigning it to the sender’s eMail Address.
Trash the eMails and deleting them from your Trash.
Then, Modify Your Apple ID Credentials, ASAP:
Your Apple ID seems highly-vulnerable at the time. So, with Security being of big concern as of this reply, I suggest you modify your login credentials:

Apple NEVER asks for a password change. This is a phishing scam and I hope you have not been doing as the scam artists are suggesting?
