Macbook indexing on spotlight

hi friends ! i have a problem with my macbook's search on spotlight . when i search something , spotlight starts indexing and shows results and immediately disappears and indexing again and disappear . my problem is its indexing! anyone can help? :(

No search function whatsoever. Instructions followed, no result. Now what? No search function on my ventura 13.0 MacBook pro 16 inch. not anywhere, at any level, within applications, within mail, not spotlight; i've gone through the re-indexing process (doesn't seem to me anything happens there at all). I've restarted. Many times. Nothing. What's going on? Oh wait, spotlight will find applications. that's all.

It may be possible that the Spotlight index has become corrupted. I suggest that you rebuild it.
