i've got new apple watch 5 model A2093 from USA apple store and ECG app already exsiting on watch softwre
but i am totally unable to setup and use the soft ware and i am located out of USA and other authorized countries
i changed region from iphone and uses us apple ID but still the same
so what to do to set up ECG out of USA and other authorized countries ?
The rule is that the ECG app must be approved in the country that the watch was bought and also approved in the country that the watch is setup and in which the watch will be used.
