emails that wont delete
I have emails on my iPad that won’t delete...however they delete on iPhone...I restarted multiple times...it doesn’t work

Try deleting the actual email account from your iPad - restart - then re-add the account.
Your email will remain on the server - so deleting the account from the iPad will do no harm.
