I keep trying to add a credit card to payment method and it’s not saving. I have done this half a dozen times now. Says my account is disabled. How can i add a credit card?!?

Get the account enabled first, contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will do so : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
