Family with multiple iPhones = many iCloud accounts, can we use our 1 mac with our own apple i'Ds

We are a family with multiple iPhones / iPads, however we only have 1 Apple mac pro laptop. Currently this is logged into by 1 apple ID as the admin user.

Can The other members of the family use the same laptop to log in under their ID to access their iCloud drive?

Specifically they want the laptop to access their iCloud drive holding their files and documents. We do NOT want solutions to syncing everything. Just a solution so we can each log in to the same laptop with our own individual accounts and use it as our own laptop when logged in.

Set up a different user account on the Mac for each person.
