Couldn't sign in to Apple Music and Apple TV+

It is a wonderful day. I got my Apple MacBook Pro 16 today.


But! I couldn't sign in to the Apple Apps such as Apple Music, Apple TV+.

I have been contacting Apple Support, but as usual, they are dumb and not helpful. Does seems they know what is going on or how to get rid of it? Would that be OS corrupted?


Please help me get rid of it.

Thank you for sending me the thread. It's work and very much appreciates your help.


This morning, I received a call from "Apple Technical Specialist" and he claimed that this is bugs in Catalina and asked me to bear with them, be patient as Apple Engineer is work-around to sort it out, maybe they would push the updates in the next couple of weeks.


Well, that's the crap from him.
