Can iPhone Get Virus?

I have been researching for this specific topic since the last some of months but haven't got any satisfactory answers! i have literally been very confused about it? i mean like somewhere they say that it's not very easy for an iPhone to get a virus! but somewhere they say that there's nothing available which can't get virus? I read this article Can iPhone get a virus and this helped me some much! but i am still a little confused can somebody help me with this?
