If from U.S., Apple stores, to expedite speedy customer service, do not repair iPads, Apple stores only offer replacement iPads.
If NO paid, extended AppleCare+ or the iPad is already out of warranty, an out-of-warranty iPad replacement, in lieu of an actual screen repair, will cost you approx. 60% of that iPad’s original cost.
If that iPad still has paid, two-year, extended AppleCare+, then that replacement iPad, in lieu of an actual screen repair, will only cost you $49 U.S.D.
