disk utlilties - external drive


Hey,


I have some problems with my USB drive. When i plugged in the Disk utilities shows me only the Generic Flash Disk Media. The USB stick is new and everything worked fine until i tried to partitioning and additioning some volume.


What am i supposed to do? How can i repair?

Open Disk Utility and then click on View in the menubar, select Show All Devices, you will now see

the Disk at the top and the Volumes indented.

To reformat a Disk click on it not the Volume the n you will be able to reformat it correctly.
