How to migrate missing apps from 2012 MacBook Pro to new MacBook Pro

Some of my software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Scrivener) did not migrate over when I migrated from old (2012) MacBook Pro to new one - why not, and how do I get the software onto my new MacBook Pro?

Reinstall third-party software if you did not include it in Migration or Setup Assistant.
