I am having the problem that my AirPods say they are connected to my phone, but when I start playing audio it doesn’t play anything and then disconnects. Any fix?

If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted
For not playing at all, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
